Initial Comments:
An onsite follow-up survey completed January 18, 2024 found that Pediatric Stars PECC had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of PA Act 54 of 1999, The Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Centers Act, 35 P.S., Section 449.61.
The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state initial licensure survey conducted on October 17, 2023 and a state initial licensure follow-up survey conducted on December 4, 2023.
